Yeah, this. I get why it's a problem as a matter of principle, but as a practical matter what difference does Biden's mental acuity *actually* make? He's not surrounded by toadies and third-rate blaxploitation villains eager to turn his ravings into actual policy. Just get him past the finish line.

It's so interesting that a US Senator was so weak that he was unable to stand his ground. Maybe best that he resigned since that demonstrates that either he was worried about more allegations or he lacked the strength to hold that job.
