One more observation on this Richard Fallon guy: Breaking news: there are COURTS, LAWYERS, JUDGES & PROSECUTORS in authoritarian states. 90% of the time the judicial system works ok. 9%, very corrupted—you pay, you get your way. 1% of the time, GOD with all his powers won’t be able to help you.
