A damning joint report by Yale Law School and Yale Medicine finds the UK's Cass Review "levies unsupported assertions about gender identity, gender dysphoria, standard practices, and safety of gender-affirming medical treatments, and it repeats claims that have been disproved by sound evidence.”

Zoe Strimpel should probably keep her thoughts to herself in future. She is a throwback to the nonsense that women were subjected to around societal expectations of ‘correct’ womanly appearance. It was all so incredibly damaging and must now, and forever more, be consigned to the bin.

Denver gave people experiencing homelessness $1,000 a month. Results showed that close to half of the participants secured housing, and nearly $600K saved in public service costs due to fewer ER visits & jail stays. They also saw improved mental health.

Haha! Yes my son is 28 and lives in a whole other city, when he comes to stay he often has a night out with pals, cue much worrying when I wake up at 4am and he’s still not back 🤣 I don’t even think about it when he’s in his own place. I think something just kicks back in 😂

I understand it more when folk say that they don’t feel the people standing in elections represent them. They feel disenfranchised and so won’t be voting but when people are not interested at all, it’s perplexing.

Gov website: ‘You can register to vote anonymously if you're concerned about your name and address appearing on the electoral register for safety reasons’. However, there are real concerns about the numbers eligible who still aren’t registered. It’s worrying.

Wow! That’s brilliant. I wish it was the same here. Here there’s just lots of buck passing, legal wrangling and slopey shoulders. Some people have to pay hundreds each month for a waking watch. I am lucky not to have to do that. Small blessings.
