one of my favorite local bbq joints has a dished called THE WAFFLE PIG that is a waffled corn bread stuffing base with mashed potatoes, pulled pork, and gravy on top. served with a side of cranberry sauce. you can do SO MUCH MORE with thanksgiving leftovers.
