Any worthy app in this space should caution you if they already have your location & offer to scrub it from their database
Paper calendars are relatively cheap and have cute designs! You can get a new cute puppy picture or beautiful landscape picture (or even a hunky fireman) every month!
Euki doesn’t share data. It’s a basic calendar app for periods. It doesn’t switch function if you record a positive pregnancy test and you can set it up to require a pass code to view your calendar. Aside from that, pen and paper are your best friends
Clue is based in Germany (so EU data privacy laws), women-led, and seems openly committed to protecting user privacy. Still use at your own risk, but I know people that like it.
I don't want to be a alarmist, but people in red states might want to be careful when buying pregnancy tests, too. E.g., have someone else buy them for you, paying cash. It would make it harder for them to prove mens rea in the event of some BS prosecution over a miscarriage or whatever.

There's usually a FOSS offline alternative to any app you can think of where you enter your data. Hopefully this should help.
