It's actually the blower that moves hot air out so only cool air comes out of the vents. AC was replaced a few years ago but needs the furnace to work since they are connected. Like a catch 22. Don't need heat but still need a furnace anyway.

Crochet is something that can not be made on machine and places like Target were selling granny square sweaters super cheap recently for something that takes hours to do by hand. It's sick. Trying to be careful when shopping. Garment industry is awful.

Learning lot about washing machines today and I miss the ones from my old apartment. Everything is made of cheap materials these days and designed to fail. Except for two commercial models I've found that work like the 80s-90s type models.

Sorry for sounding harsh. Just dealt with a lot of sexist crap from men when I was a certified tech and didn't want to troubleshoot with a woman. Or accused me of reading a script to relay steps rather than knowing the steps. Or thought I was in India over the phone with a good American accent.

Probably should have gotten the booster in the arm I don't side sleep on. Sleeping schedule is screwed again. It's a been a week and a half arm still hurts. Flu shot arm feels better though.

Pixel, though with third party software. Have to pay off phone to unlock it. Good for privacy. No ads in apps which Samsung sneaked in for awhile and I still use Firefox vs Chrome. But user experience still sucks compared to 5-6 yrs ago.

I would never tell my work that I have autism, but I did find one sentence in a shared document that had a slightly different font and changed it during a meeting in front of my boss, who was shocked I could notice such a little detail, which I feel like is kind of the same thing.

Seeing a lot of post like this and it is why employees should have had the right to sue for being forced to work sick, no precautions, which can result in heart attacks, long COVID and then people can't work at all.
