I was experimenting with blocking in a commission with two values and a third one ended up sneaking in there anyway. The two-value workflow has really helped me though. It's really forcing me to consider composition and readability more. I think it'll really pay off.

I definitely need to eat more bananas, but they have a nasty habit of ending up in banana bread for some mysterious reason! What kind of stretches would you recommend? I do abdominal twists and side bends before I get going, but those haven't been giving me reliable results.
