During the Irish repealthe8th abortion referendum in 2018 we had a blocklist to protect pro choice activists from online abuse on Twitter called repeal shield. One of the added bonuses of the project was how many anti choice assholes *lost their fucking minds* because they were on a blocklist.

One the reasons I think tremors still holds up IMO is that the filmmakers created the graboids threat (sound sensitivity, can’t travel through rock, adaptive predators) & *stuck to these rules*. They also developed a set of support characters that felt well rounded. filmmaking 101 & it pays off.
