I have no idea the best path re Biden but I do know a solid week straight of “Biden Old” and “Rich Dems Worried” above-the-fold stories are *obscene* in the face of SCOTUS using the Constitution to wipe their asses purely in the service of reinstating a felon rapist as president. Crazy-making shit.

Tonight was surreal -- giving my last lecture at LSU with some of my first students from 18 years ago in the audience. I tried to make it all about my amazing students and what they taught me. Emotional, bittersweet, and truly satisfying experience.

Some may be upset about the NY Appeals Court ruling, but it's important that we not risk punishing a potentially innocent man. For instance, in 2010 a 17 year old from the Bronx named Kalief Browder was falsely accused of stealing a backpack and I can only assume everything worked out fine for him.
