If Democrats are serious about fighting the Court's decisions, rather than using them to campaign off of as usual, they must replace Biden with a candidate who has a decent chance to win, has a record of defending rather than attacking civil liberties & does not have dementia.

Part of what makes it hard to convince people how dangerous Trump's authoritarianism is (and it very much is) is that Biden keeps doing things that reveals how much authoritarianism already exists within our system. For example, supporting a fascist warmonger over dead children.

The excessive amount of police violence on college campuses is a crisis. When Democratic politicians give their approval to this violence (or worse, summon it), it disproves the assertion that we have to vote for Trump to fend off a massive authoritarian crackdown. That crackdown is happening now.

Joe Biden illegally sent money and weapons to Israel with no restrictions on their use. But when we tell him to stop that and to also do something else (such as help out Palestinian people) suddenly it’s “well the president can’t do whatever he wants!!” Sure he can. He just doesn’t want to.
