I get yelled at for going too slow, for taking the lane when there’s a pothole or some other obstruction, for “hogging the road” when there’s easily four feet between me and traffic…I’m a middle-aged person on a creaky 30-year-old bike, not some wannabe racer either.

For some reason a group of adults and kids has camped out in the middle of the path, blocking it. They're drawing with chalk, playing catch, whatever. I ring my bell but clearly 10 kids are not going to be able get out of the way. 2/x
