I'm in a campaign where usually only 2-3 of the indeterminate number of players are run during a session. But it's an ancient homebrew that makes Rolemaster look like easy mode and is mostly old farts sitting in the FLGS bullshitting and occasionally tossing dice. Love it, not at all for everyone.
