If real maple syrup or nutella then waffle. If not, then pancake or french toast IFF they have an interesting other topping (eg lemon blueberry) If not then none of the above(real syrup is a critical factor in the equation. Sometimes i bring my own in a flask)

This from Mount Sinai really made an impression on me. Really smthg that even being sufficiently aware of symptoms as to report them on a questionnaire does not necc make a dent in ppl’s self-conception as unaffected by Covid—some so convinced of it that they offer to help research in that capacity!

Because people seem to not understand how "AI" uses so much water, here's a quick+dirty breakdown: The more data centers you have & the more traditional power you use, the more water you 1a) use To cool & 1b) lose, because they arent perfectly sealed systems, & 2) will need to boil to run turbines.

Immunology is fabulous, of course, but not strictly necessary to making important public health decisions. We had a course of epidemiology in med school that i loved but it kinda scrambled my brain 😂 i still love the concepts of PPV AND NPV. I also vaguely explained risk to my patients …

I’m more feral than wild, and far from an expert! My PhD was a while ago and super subspecialized! It was on vaccine immunogenicity and autoreactivity based on HLA type, but i briefly consulted for a mucosal delivery device team and meeting the mucosal experts just tickled my what-if brain so much!!
