Yes!! I am hoping this will amplify the on going conversations about how “professional dress codes” often require Black women to straighten or relax their hair. Every company with that requirement should be held liable.

Tonight, my wife Terry and I watched the musical: The Prom. It turned out to be a very thoughtful and touching movie about inclusivity. I encourage everyone to watch it in order to be more understanding. And, to anyone being mistreated because those around you think you’re different, I’m sorry.

The southwest United States has plenty of sunshine. The east and midwest has plenty of water. Just think what a partnership between the states could provide. Southwest renewable energy and and east/midwest water. If only our politicians were concerned about our future instead of petty politics.

My first mortgage, when I was 17, was 8.3%. It was painful. I had to cut back on things I might have spent money on to have fun, but in retrospect, I ended up spending more time with family and the ones I loved.

If State legislators changed the law to eliminate short term rentals, those houses would be back on the market quickly. Second, it would be next to impossible to get a federal law passed that would help. Housing is a local issue, which only local efforts can fix.

I find the current housing issue, and the fact that some are trying to blame the president of the United States for it misguided. Why? First, this is definitely a State issue. The so-called shortage of housing is driven by investors buying up housing in order to rent it out short and or long term.

I 100% believe about 2/3 of Republicans want fascism. The key to them pulling it off is making the remaining third & independents and leftists believe that’s not what they’re doing. And the media is critical in that plan.
