My youngest grandson (8) asked me why I didn't like rich people. Told him I don't care if there are rich people so long as everyone else has enough to survive & live somewhat comfortably. Told him we teach kids to share, & scold them if they don't & that I'd like adults to remember that lesson.

TW: weight loss, doctors, and fat phobia I am 172 CM and I was advised to lose at least 10 lbs at every weight. I’d be 150 and told to be 140. 140 and told to be 130. WTF. Never told WHY or how it impacts my health. Just told to do it. Which makes me very reluctant to listen to doctors.

Okay. Today is day 9/30 doing the 10k steps and an hour of cardio a day thing. I took yesterday off because it turns out that having a higher protein diet does really help me. I hadn’t really listened to them because most medical advice I’ve gotten over the years is, telling me to lose weight.

This! I silently protested outside their homes and our small group was faced with a force 3x the size of ours. They carried huge guns and looked at US as though we were the problem. Myself and so many others have been trying since 2015. We weren’t hysterical or paranoid like the news said.
