I wondered if my book would feel dated when it came out, because it stops in 2018 and evangelicalism took some turns after that. But reading it over now, I'm happy to remember that the ev landscape still includes Sarah Bessey, Austin Channing Brown, Rachel Held Evans's work, and other women writers

I teach college writing and students are surprised -- and happy -- when I read their work and give ideas for what to rethink/rewrite/add. Like they haven't had that kind of grading previously, and it's what many of them want (with a chance to rewrite, which I let them do).
