Amused, I guess, that the PA Supreme Court has granted allocatur on the issue of whether a defendant's saying "the judge is a cocksucker," after losing a motion to suppress, constitutes criminal contempt meriting 15-30 days of incarceration, or whether being offensive isn't quite enough by itself.

I keep thinking about this lawsuit and getting mad all over again. The cowardice of these “anonymous” mediocre white men directly attacking some of the most accomplished, brilliant law profs in the academy to score political points is just despicable.

I really loved Season 3 and I feel like critics just feel the need to say it’s not as good in order to have something new to say. All the seasons had a couple of weak points but I don’t think it has declined overall.

This is marvelous. Class action alleges Walmart systematically puts one price on the shelf, and charges a little more at the cash register. Walmart claims consumers can see the prices actually charged, so no harm. CA7 rejects.
