My neighborhood has about 700 alley cats that my neighbors all feed and take care of (and my foster dog wants to chase). That line definitely doesn’t hit.

I had a football coach who taught us biology in my public Alabama high school, and he always kept a Bible above the textbook on his desk to remind us “what comes first.” 🙄

My husband went to the new dentist at our place today also and without me saying anything to him, my husband goes - so the dentist wanted to talk about the electoral college and the possibility of Texas being broken up into five states.

I don’t know how exactly to study my weird obsession/theory that dentists have more weird right wingy politics than any other doctor. But every time I go to the dentist I think about this.

At the dentist waiting room with an old lady bitching and throwing a fit about being asked her personal pronouns on a form. I learned a new insult recently that I feel is appropriate here: I hope her house always hot.

Nothing fancy. We are using Google docs for when we are first collaborating and then move to word once we have draft revisions from the various folks reviewing.

This. I have someone in my life who is schizophrenic and bipolar. They couldn’t get qualified for disability (even with support from doctors, family) because of the overwhelming amount of paperwork and red tape in the midst of crisis.
