It turns out people really, really like to vote for a campaign that promises to do specific things to make their lives better, and that this motivates people a hell of a lot more than making a j/o gesture and telling them to enjoy the camps unless they pokemon GO to the polls.

What this article leaves out is that if you hand your unlocked phone to a police officer, they can legally search it. Unless companies develop a method that allows you to show officers insurance cards and driver license without unlocking the rest of your phone, don't.

i am really, REALLY not okay with the idea that someone writing about sexual assault means they must be an abuser. for one thing, the vast majority of art about sexual abuse is created BY THE VICTIMS. the idea that depicting abuse makes you an abuser really fucking pisses me off actually.

As I make my way back home, I can say that a modded iPod is a great music listening device while traveling. New batteries last forever so you don’t have to worry about burning through your phone’s battery. Can recommend if you’re willing to put up with wires.
