Sorry to all my lawyer friends who spent a bunch of time learning how law works in the US. I had friends who were Flash developers and things turned out alright for them after they pivoted to C# or whatever. Hopefully there's an equivalent for our national legal system

A lot of "legal experts" were telling people they didn't think this was going to happen and that SCOTUS was just delaying throwing out the immunity challenge to be sure a trial wouldn't happen. So, uh, worst case scenario?

I don't get blaming the democrats for panicking about that debate. Biden has a long history of horrible approval ratings and has been losing to Trump in polls for months. The debate was a gamble to salvage a losing campaign and it failed miserably. He looked and acted feeble.
