A question I'd like to hear at the debate: Counties that voted Trump only produce 30% of US GDP and have higher crime rates than counties that voted Biden. Why should we expect extrapolating local policies in red counties nationally to improve the economy and decrease crime?

My parents always insisted that tomatoes tasted differently (and more robustly) back in the 30's and 40's...I've once read they are now grown differently and thus the taste has changed but have forgotten what exactly the difference is.
