Oh, ugh, right. I forget sometimes that editors still don’t really have a place. I use Threads for different stuff, like dishing on pop culture With ACES chats coming to Threads, maybe it’ll get better. Plus you are able to hide bad comments from everybody, so they disappear

I was always fiercely into Samantha, but as an adult I’ve realized they wrote her to be really one-dimensional. She seriously is *only* ever after one thing, every single episode? Also, going back to the OP, technically they are all old episodes, right? 🙃

I hear you. I’ve had a very limited social battery for months. The only two friends I see regularly are the ones where we have a routine: either the dog park or a standing Friday dinner date

Usually I disagree with AP but I agree with this one. It’s the same thing, and has sounded like people are too try-hard with it…. That said I totally understand NOT saying “the homeless” and I know “unsheltered” is an important term

I wish there was a way to *volunteer* for jury duty. Pick me, courts! I was just summoned but didn’t have to report, and I’m so bummed. (I also have a corporate job that pays time off for jury duty, and I realize not everyone is afforded that!)

For us, puppyhood didn’t get better until Shadow was neutered… and that’s because he was finally eligible to go to our (members-only, safe) dog park. Walks didn’t (and still don’t) cut it. A tired dog is a good dog!

I’m the same way!! I actually tried Dramamine for the first time on that trip and it helped a lot, in case that’s not something you’ve tried before and were wondering about other experiences

I had that exact scenario for a trip last month… then on my way back, the Boeing was delayed for hours and an Airbus was suddenly available and only half-full. So that’s also a possibility

(Also, I hate wasteful excess, but sheets and blankets can always have a second life. Sewists like myself buy sheets from thrift stores for projects, and worn blankets are always needed for shelters!)
