1/? WWII story time. In the 90s I was part of a Danish program where high school students interviewed surviving resistance fighters and got their stories written down. Two of the men I interviewed had been part of one of the largest and most dramatic actions taken by the resistance.

In my more cynical moments I think the religious right's emphasis on a lot of kids often comes down to attrition insurance these days. Gotta make sure the next generation has sufficient faithful respectable tithe-payers no matter who goes elsewhere.

Oh, one asterisk: since this is all calculated from lower bounds (e.g. the '1c' markets are just the at-least-1c results minus the at-least-2c results), fractions round down. So any 1.5c markets are in the 1c bucket, for example.
