Good article and excellent that it mentions the burning of fossil fuels several times as the primary cause of climate change. Worth noting, too, that the #2 cause of climate change is agriculture/land use/food systems, at ~1/4-1/3 of annual human-caused GHG emissions depending on how you count it.

That's the issue. Barring some other explanation, the fact that he is incoherent like that even some of the time is immediately disqualifying. You can't roll the dice on him being compos mentis when an international crisis occurs.

Today Nomic released version 3.0 of GPT4All, the easiest and best way to run LLMs on your own computer. If you've never run a private local LLM, try some of the llama3 or mistral derivatives, and chat locally with your own documents. Open source LLMs have gotten crazy good.
