I've seen it mean anything from "some sort of coup" to "dismantle and replace the administrative state with political stooges who will sabotage every prosocial function of government", which are both technically correct, but with varying degrees of usefulness.

Seems like a lot of stuff but the provisions advocating further criminalization of abortion, the anti-trans proposals, and the anti-immigration stuff are all pretty draconian. But yeah it’s a huge document I imagine there’s some more workaday stuff in there along with the jackboot stuff

I read the health plan. It's incoherent evangelical gibberish which hates on the ACA and spends inordinate amounts of time on abortion, contraception and weirdly adoption. It's not a plan so much as an expression of beliefs.

I haven't read it and I arguably should have for my job. The two main points I've picked up on are a plan to replace massive numbers of nonpartisan civil servants with partisans, one application of which will be to direct the FDA to make both abortion and gender transition illegal at any age.

I've seen it referred to as Gilead, and Mein Kampf. Last Week Tonight had a good episode about it 2 wks ago. I've seen people break it down on other platforms as well. They will essentially put in yes men at every level of govt, & fully enable tfg to do what he wants, esp. now that he has immunity.

imho, "Project 2025" is being used in an attempt to create an anti-maga equivalent of the maga magic words (DEI, antifa, woke, etc) that can scare white suburbanites into voting against Trump (without doing any additional organizing, GOTV, etc labor) tl;dr- more lazy, magical thinking (ymmv, etc)
