They quoted several (named) people saying that the debate was not like what they see from him on a daily basis... then followed up with "But by many accounts" (unnamed) and their own observation, he's "not the same as he was even when he took office." (Nada re whether Trump has changed in 3.5 yrs.)
Also, staying awake in court and campaign rallies are Trump's only jobs right now, when he was in office he golfed and watched Fox and posted on Twitter all day instead of working. Biden is actually presidenting and campaigning.
