I went to London zoo and wandered away from my companions. I ended up in the giraffe zone. I was impressed by the creatures, but when I went inside the barn I was able to get a little closer to one and experienced total bliss observing this utterly beautiful peaceful giant for a time. It changed me

The standard thing with redundancy in the UK is that the company can break the law as much as it likes provided the people it targets are scared or poor enough to sign away their legal rights. I don't think you should be able to sign away your legal rights! It should just not be a thing!
