Really enjoyed this book and your review. I remember a lot of evocative descriptions of language in the book, words slithering like tadpoles or sticking in the air, as people rationalize or euphemize the horror of their actions. Scathing satire

The class flexibility and the sheer number of 3rd party classes out there let you make some pretty wild characters. I played it before any other ttrpg and remember being really disappointed when I learned dnd 5e only had 12 classes with like 2 or 3 "subclasses" each. Thats nothing!
