YES! How did I forget Atlas… I got my V blocks from them. It’s nuts to me - how thoroughly the city seems to be expelling all the useful places. And there isn’t a real alternative beyond ’get it online’. Active Surplus is very missed for sure - wanted a motor a while back they’d have had for sure.

So this is maker / artist niche but between active surplus years back, Jacob’s hardware more recently (still a few years tho), G&S Dye recently (thankfully they still exist elsewhere) - I’ve been carrying this feeling for years. For the biggest city in the country it sure can be hard to find stuff.
