Recently, I was peer reviewing a paper, and it cited one of my papers. Except... it wasn't anything I had written. The title sounds like something I'd write. It included coauthors I work with, and was in a journal I've published in. But it wasn't real. AI is not good for science.

My recent posts have been entirely (with the exception of Sonic Temple) LP videos and shares, nothing talking about what’s going on in my life. So: we’re fostering a puppy who I love but am not sure I can commit to fully adopting. I have taken another step towards transition but still hesitate.

This isn’t a witch hunt. You aren’t being persecuted. You showed up to say “maybe the decision to restrict healthcare was good?” in a thread talking about how that decision lead to an increase in suicides. You are being called out for saying a horrible, ignorant thing in a very inappropriate place.

If blockers are scary to you (even though they’ve been used on cis kids for decades), we should allow them to start full HRT: those are just bio equivalent hormones with known effects. Stop making trans youth put off puberty when they know what they want. Problem solved.

If the reporter is working in good faith, yes. Unfortunately she has proven that she can’t be trusted; she will rip quotes from context and leave out salient details to create an anti-trans narrative. Engaging with her only gives her credibility at this point. No one should talk to her anymore.
