Yes.... climbing is a late maturing sport so there is a lot of conflicting advice ad pseudoscience about how to train and get strong, but the basics are agreed on.

The stronger you are the worse that risk is as strong muscles can put more force through ill prepared tendons. Also muscles respond quicker to the climbing than tendons do so the problem gets worse for a while. 4 months in, you can relax.

If you've been sporty for a long time, pretty easy. Coordination and movement and spatial awareness very helpful. Take care not to do anything dynamic or too hard for you for a while. Non climbing life does not build tendon strength.

Climbing movement/ any movement is good. What gets it is holding your arms still under tension for long periods.

About 8 years ago, comparativists looked at US politics and said "if Trump is elected president, the comparative experience tells us it will be extremely bad. Corruption, authoritarianism, threats to civil rights, political violence...it's all on the table." And all those predictions were true.
