Prior to the Microbrew trend in beer, all large breweries produced insipid product that no one hated but nobody loved (lowest common denominator). Iirc, Prohibition removed most producers from the market, and the large survivors were mainly market share driven.

It is remarkable how the sloppy the rush to prosecute Hunter during an election year for crimes almost no one else would face has been compared to the intentional slow-walking of Trump's massive crimes against the republic. This is what right-wing capture of the courts feels like.

Adding: A lot of people are rightly saying that Trump & his rubes are immune from shame. Agree, to a point. Not on all issues (like LE). But they're NOT immune from humiliation. They JOIN this mob bc they take pride in humiliating others, but if their association becomes cause for humiliation...

I mean ... in some non-trivial ways, this particular plan is really just "aryan-ification". It talks about immigration in the style of prior immigration debates, but it's not really about immigration. It's about creating an aryan state.

We're paying a middleman to NOT get healthcare. Cut out the middleman and voila... Something clicked in my brain when I figured out that the insurance company's customer is not the patient, it's the shareholder. Once I realized that, a lot of stuff (sadly) made more sense.
