Completed fascinated that every time I read in Owen Hatherley's "A Guide to the New Ruins of Great Britain" (written in 2009) that such-and-such a building is great but will probably be demolished and replaced by luxury flats, I find on Wikipedia that it was indeed demolished and replaced by flats.
