Es gibt kaum ein Land, das Arbeit stärker und #Vermögen geringer besteuert, als 🇩🇪 . Das ist schlechte #Finanzpolitik, denn es schwächt #Wachstum. Eine #Wirtschaftswende erfordert eine Entlastung von Arbeit/geringen Einkommen & eine stärkere Belastung von großen Vermögen.

Trusting your own conviction makes it more likely that you stick to it, but it also increases polarization in society.

The "opinion spread" (=polarization in society) increases with increasing alignment of people's decision with their conviction. (model results)

Die Wissenschaft steht vereint gegen Rechts (hier Klima). Die AfD ist unser Weg in eine Donald-Trump-Gesellschaft. Eine Diktatur, in der Widerlichkeiten gefeiert werden - mit fundamentale Widersprüche zu Fakten und Menschenrechten. Man bekämpft die AfD nicht dadurch, dass man ihr entgegen kommt.

Wenn unser Bundestag so gewählt würde, wie die Parlamente in den USA und UK, dann sähe unser Parlament so aus. Man bekämpft die Rechtspopulisten, in dem man sagt, dass es falsch ist, was sie sagen, nicht indem man die anderen demokratischen Parteien bekämpft.

oder halt einfach normal wählen, würde ich sagen, und nicht glauben, dass alles kaputt geht, wenn es für die 1% etwas anders wird... Wir können das System gesunden. Aber dafür müssen wir Grenzen einführen, um unsere Freiheit zu erhalten.

Ja, muss man. Es sind die Starkniederschlagsereignisse, die mit Clausius-Clapeyron skalieren. 7% in Intensität und 17% in Häufigkeit. Steht im Paper. Der mittlere Niederschlag steigt nur mit 1-2%. Mit der Verdunstung.

It's June 1, the first day of Atlantic #HurricaneSeason, and the ocean heat content averaged in the Main Development Region is as high as it normally would be on August 17. And incredibly, it's even higher than what 2023 was on this date.
