In the social media age, filing a defamation action against the source of a story might shut down that source. But it doesn't stop the story. It fuels it. People will post copies elsewhere just to make a point. There will be transcripts, and quotes, and chatter. And none of that goes away.

What the actual transphobic bullshit is that about. Millions of women on hrt also take antidepressants. They're not necessarily recommended together IN MENOPAUSE *if the depression is caused by menopause.* Your depression predates the estrogen, yes? So it's not hormonal & antidepressants are good.

Fun fact: shelters aren't covered by the Fair Housing Act, and will often turn away people with visible disabilities - particularly those using mobility aids - claiming they can't provide the necessary [unasked for] level of assistance. Unlike most of the things I'm discussing here, this one does have a very simple answer: Don't. Unless it's one of a few very narrow exceptions, do not ever act on offsite behavior or evidence. It's too easy to fake the evidence AND you have no way of conclusively proving it's the same person.

If you are starting a labeler, this is the kind of thing you need to do for every single thing you label. Write the summary first. Then define all the terms you used in the summary. Then start digging into exceptions and exceptions to the exceptions.
