There are many things that infuriate me about the pundit class right now, but probably one of the top on my list:
Project 2025 has posted their plans for every single federal department on their website. They have a training academy for prospective appointees.
Where are the hard hitting op-eds?

Oh sweet, Dungeon People looks like fun, too. A bit silly, but I suspect I'll enjoy it. But again, one episode so far. Guess we'll see!

I Parry Everything is pretty funny, one ep in. An MC who doesn't know how strong he is will always be funny for a few eps, but we'll see how it goes in the next few weeks. It takes a lot of work to keep it up for longer than that, so they usually drop it, and what takes its place is the whole show.

Oshi no Ko is going to have a hard time living up to the first season, especially without the high drama of "Idol" by Yoasobi to kick off each week, but the first ep has me coming back next week, and that's not nothing.

It's the start of a new #anime season, and if you don't know, there's shows that aren't on Crunchyroll.
HiDive has Oshi no Ko, Season 2, I Parry Everything, and something called Dungeon People that I'm thinking of checking out, at least.
I mean yeah, CR has way TF more, but still.

The fact that Trump is actually weakly attempting to pretend he doesn’t back Project 2025 = EXACTLY why you need to be telling everyone you know about their evil, violent plans.

I am glad this piece about the Heritage Foundation threatening civil war if the left doesn’t accept a monarchy came out in the WaPo. More like this, please.

I didn't plan on making these daily updates, but we crossed into the 200s over the holiday and that seems like a reason to celebrate. Only 286 subscriptions remain before we've erased all the losses caused by Amazon!

So here we have a GOP gubernatorial nominee calling for followers to kill people who he claims are enemies of Christian America. How many chin-stroking pieces are we going to see about how the GOP is in real trouble now that one of its candidate is really ol--I mean violent?

the “some folks just need killing” thing out of north carolina reminds me of a third thing these annoying people are right about: as long as the republican bloodlust grows and their power is unbroken, every election probably will be the most important one of your life

Look, all I'm saying is that if we're following the Roman model this isn't the fall of the American Empire it's the fall of the American Republic and the *beginning* of the American Empire.
Because that's when you get "dictators for life."

there's a certain irony that liberals who have spent four years yelling at leftists who criticize Biden at all for any reason have now, in one week, done more damage to Biden's candidacy than all those leftists combined

Tl;Dr: the "why I don't vote" guy does vote, but rather than a) retract the piece or b) include the fact that he does actually vote (and almost certainly right wing) the NYT just changed the name of the piece.

I mean sometimes they do stop you from running by throwing you out of a window, poisoning you, or arresting you on absurd charges and throwing you in a jail with orders for the guards to accidentally look away at just the right moment but I do see your point

Absolutely un-fucking-real. This rotten organization is just blatantly trying to put Donald Trump back in the White House now.

Notice how everyone is somehow talking about Biden Too Old right now, and NOT about how the Supreme Court just legalized Trump being a dictator for life and gutted the administrative state, and how the Heritage Foundation is now issuing terrorist threats?
Think that might not be an accident?

I'm still not playing Russian Roulette with that information.

This is how it's going to go. There's no regulations anymore because SCOTUS says so. A truly insane, country-breaking thing to say, which should prompt the executive branch to start pushing for an overhaul of the court
But they won't because fuck you that's why
