Naturally, they didn’t get much media attention outside of the LGBT press, even though every fucking tweet JKR posts gets an article written about it. But you can help spread the word. Tell your friends:

Yeah kinda feels like streamlining GRCs feels pretty pointless if they strip us of being able to exist otherwise: “look your paperwork will acknowledge your ‘gender identity’ in death which is good because we sure as hell won’t recognize it in your life, why aren’t you happy?”

Yup.
I don't think there are many/any minorities in the UK today not feeling this.

I need actual interviews with interviewers that will dive into answers. “You say [birth sex] determinations for single sex spaces but this will put trans women more at risk. Given trans women already use single sex spaces what evidence are you using to put these women at greater risk?”

Of course this also applies to gender affirming care for cis kids, right Biden?

Why did you transition? (wrong answers only.)
I transitioned just so everyone will think the only reason my brother exists is that my parents kept trying until they had a boy

Yeah, the accept people’s truths and presented identity applies to cis people too. It’s just policing their presentation otherwise “oh this man has displayed the capacity of the same emotional range as a woman, therefore he must be trans because otherwise men shouldn’t be like that”

Oh well guess I can follow up with her in 6 months about her rationale despite me seeing virtually no changes with a year of perfect e. I’ll have likely already booked for BA by then because of said lack of changes unless they suddenly grow in

I love discussing dosage changes with a nurse practitioner who says she’d need to check with the endo for 300mg progesterone because “she doesn’t usual prescribe it that high” to find out from the pharmacy today that she didn’t, in fact, change the dose. Love being involved in my healthcare

A damning joint report by Yale Law School and Yale Medicine finds the UK's Cass Review "levies unsupported assertions about gender identity, gender dysphoria, standard practices, and safety of gender-affirming medical treatments, and it repeats claims that have been disproved by sound evidence.”

The "it's not been proven safe [for them to have children], so until it is we will ban it" argument is essentially the entire thrust of Cass.

Going public with an experience like this is life-altering for a woman, so when you read these stories remember both the extraordinary amount of courage involved and also the likelihood that there are many others you’ll never hear.

Watching TikTok I’ve seen a fair few of the turn yourself into a Bridgerton or Sims character videos and cis people lamenting, upset or frustrated about it placing them in the wrong gender. I’m really hoping this tiny tiny tiny window into the trans experience gives them a little more empathy

Fuck all about women's rights is the answer.
Nothing about equal pay, opportunities, training, childcare, reproductive rights, *actual* sexual predation (rather than theorical), domestic abuse, menopausal support or mental health.
But a whole heap of bullshit about toilets.

As an egg the more I interacted with other trans folks the more I found myself questioning my own gender and reconsidering a thing I’d long buried. I feel if you are a cis person spending time with trans folks you might reinforce certainty about your gender if you are doing that same reflection
