Louisiana now requires the 10 Commandments to be posted in public school classrooms. Texas tried to pass a similar law last year. I wrote about how it threatens church-state separation in this report published by the

Yes, the "well-meaning, elderly man with a poor memory" line inserted in the report is no witness's observation of Biden. It is speculation by the prosecutor of what a defense strategy might be if these charges were brought. Agree or disagree with this, it is made up.

NEW: D.C. Circuit panel unanimously rejects Trump's criminal immunity claim. The court's judgment sets up a likely quick trip to the Supreme Court if Trump wants to continue arguing that a former president is immune from criminal prosecution.
