On BBC 4 this morning a guy from the electoral commission was saying if your postal vote form turns up but there's no time to post it back, you can fill it all in and give it to someone else to take it with them when they go to vote in person. They can take up to 5.

He is lovely. Back story from the shelter: ran away from home with big dog and small children. Lived in neighbouring garden for a year but they wouldn't let him in, and eventually handed him to shelter. Normally, my cats just arrive and tell me they're going to stay.
