How about mandatory community service to the tune of 1 hour of time per multiple of the minimum wage income, or net worth / the yearly income from nimimum (15600) whichever is greater. So 75k income no net worth owes 4 hrs 100 mil net worth no income would owe 6410 hours

Said charity cannot have you or anyone in your immediate family on its board of directors. "I was trying to kill a billionaire" is not an acceptable defense for any other crime you commit while trying to kill a billionaire. The net worth value of this law is tied to inflation.
