Learned to holler studying martial arts and it continued when I started playing soccer. The ball goes a LOT farther on a pass/shot when you engage your abs and hollering is a good way to do that. It also is very satisfying/therapeutic.

The lower of the two was complete, side to side and massive. The second was more like brackets either side of the base of the complete one. They went up about 1/3 of the height. One of the best rainbows I've ever seen.

The biggest disaster of the last 24 hours is actually the Supreme Court ruling that overturns 40 years of deference to the expertise of regulators in cases about pollution, drug safety, food safety, climate change — you name it, the Court just gelded it. Even if Biden is reelected, we're weakened.
