broke: we should elect only women politicians because women are naturally more moral and peaceful
woke: we should elect only women politicians bc men worldwide are losing their goddamn minds
...wait, if liberal parties are up 20 points over conservative parties since about 2010 in the UK, why has the Prime Minister seat been 14-year-long clownparade?
...I probably shouldn't talk from this side of the pond.
Ive try convincing my last friend to stop listening to the alt right and that patriarchy is not the solution to his loneliness, but its really hard when im not really getting any friends even tho I know im right about the world.
Loneliness and social alienation is a bitch.
Thx for sharing!
- This made me think of Lysistrata.
- Seems to say something about the last 10 years but not much more -- women have reacted to recent threats, men less so.
- What would 200 years of this data tell us?
- What does "all figures adjusted for time trend" specifically mean? (fine print)
We shouldn't elect anyone. We should all get together and destroy every government facility and point of power so they know and understand they are not wanted or needed
Cool visualization but it's an apples-to-oranges comparison on a number of levels, even if it directionally accurate (more young men are dirtbags now).
The biggest issue for me is that being conservative in Germany is *way* different from what that means in the United States.
The Diversity problem resides in the concept that although "Folks" may be diverse in Skin Color and Gender , it is only when they are attuned to Corporate Capitalist societal Goals Diversity in Thought and Socio Economic Values is what is required, not a difference in what make up they use
Let's rephrase: most men are more liberal than conservative. Some men are more extremist, pushing the curve down. Women become more liberal with time. Some men also become more liberal with time. South Korean curve is over fitted most likely. But that doesn't make such a good story now, does it?
Honestly better than I would have thought that men are still even. If it's true that cohort effects mostly hold over time, it's showing that younger generations in the US are getting more liberal as a whole, as the women are getting more liberal than men are getting conservative.
Bloke: Reads sexist BS like this and follows Andrew Tate. No, voting the middle-aged/old women who raised the problematic young men will solve the problem for sure. Or maybe, just maybe, men dislike sexism towards them just as much as women do, and it's time to stop tolerating women behaving like 🍑🕳️
Men are just too emotional for the job of making big important decisions and mundane tasks. There is a reason in the rest of the nature world, it is females who are the head of the families. The males are there for...braun, preen, lay around.
Could it be because women are becoming more politically/professionally ambitious, while men feel a bit uneasy as they cede space?
A feedback loop of the two feeding each other?
I've held for years that if men can't remember to clean, cook, pack lunches, make their own dr spots, w/o a woman reminding them, they shouldn't be leading anything.
The comments don't pass the vibe check. Wow. Non stop blaming women & feminism, when it would take it for men to respect women as equals. But, they don't want to do that.
It sucks that the average person (man or woman) in the US leans liberal, but the majority of our elected positions are held by far right conservatives.
The truly scary thing is that women seem to be evolving epigenetically to be more neurodivergent and intelligent. It’s like any number of sci-fi tropes about matriarchy utopia/disutopias.
What if I told you it may be literally provable that female redheads think more individual thoughts on average?
