Just learned how to make homemade freezer gel packs. 2 parts water to 1 part rubbing alcohol. Mix well pop in a ziplock or other plastic bag and a few hour later your good to go! Very inexpensive, can make in what ever size you like. Make a few and swap out as needed.

Also I'm watching people become super sleuths on White House visits (and I mean, yes, let's clear out BS claims) but also I'm just looking at the fact Biden wanted kids back in schools w/in the first 100 days - before kids could get vaccinated vs. COVID & no one remembers that.

I am always amazed at how minds work. Recently I visited a place I lived 20 years ago (and haven't been to since). As we were driving I looked up and shouted "turn left at this light" to my husband. We were a few blocks from our old house and despite all the changes, my brain noticed.

Ok it's almost 24 hours later and I KNOW why his name (Robinette) screamed french to me. I was like isn't that the french word for like faucet or tap and google said no so today I hobbled over to my dictionary and the french word is robinet (masculine) VINDICATION

Here's exactly why this matters: the GOP knows that the country is quickly becoming more diverse. Democracy -- allowing more people to vote -- means that they are out of office. Being anti-democracy is a fancy way of saying you would like the return of John C. Calhoun.
