Extreme heat affects us all, but it doesn't affect us all equally. In Phoenix, legislation was just passed THIS YEAR, prohibiting landlords from preventing low-income mobile home residents from installing cooling shades & AC units because it "looked bad".

It's already a national ban on its face! As soon as SCOTUS agrees that abortion bans are legitimized under the 14th Amendment, the "states' rights" question goes out the window. Every anti-abortion group in "abortion-friendly" or "blue" states that sues over abortion rights under the 14th, wins.
