Just fwiw, the DC Statehood and Puerto Rico statehood movements are quite a bit different. There are a lot of people in Puerto Rico and in the diaspora who want Puerto Rican independence, not statehood.

Access to healthy affordable food & medical care are disability justice too. Wonder if that person speaking on Black folks experience knows Black ppl disproportionately have amputations as a result of diabetes. But they want to say other Black people, their people, aren't fighting for them. Gtfoh.

Italy's Mt Etna and Stromboli volcanoes both erupted on Friday, spewing hot ash and lava into the skies of Sicily. Mount Etna is Europe's highest volcano and one of the world's most active volcanoes. The smaller Stromboli volcano, located on Sicily's northern coast, spilled lava into the sea.

I live in the “Data Center capital of the world” and tech companies are trying to develop on historic Black cemeteries. This increased demand for computing power is a climate justice as well as a racial Justice issue.

I've been doing this since I realized how readers work. Also always Alt Tet to help complete a picture, I read y description to see what needs to be added so a visually impaired person might get something out of a photo. You can set your BlueSky to require Alt Text before posting.

Yes, me too. But this is mostly a music compilation. But each CD has 3 or 4 poems read by a musician or rapper. The 4 cd's each have around 20 songs from 1920's to present, all genres 1. Struttin' and Stridin' 2. Testifyin' and Philosophyin' 3. Preachin' and Prayin' 4. Lustin' for Love and Life

I have no idea the best path re Biden but I do know a solid week straight of “Biden Old” and “Rich Dems Worried” above-the-fold stories are *obscene* in the face of SCOTUS using the Constitution to wipe their asses purely in the service of reinstating a felon rapist as president.
