I don't think I've been as excited for a Magic set as I am for Bloomburrow. I mean, Kamigawa Neon Dynasty was and still remains my favorite, but knowing how good that one was has just intensified my anticipation for BLB. Based on the intro video and the new/returning mechanics, BLB might beat NEO.

There was lead in EVERY tampon they tested.
There was less lead in organic tampons, but those had higher concentrations of arsenic.

Also also! I decided to sit down and figure out what was wrong with the Saturn. Turns out I had failed to install the external power connector. Some tinkering (and remembering where I put the connector cord) and the Saturn runs flawlessly now. Remarkably excited for that.

In somewhat happier news: I got to see my cousin's daughters, and they immediately took to me. Like, started hugging me from the moment they saw me and never let go. Honestly? I didn't expect that. I'm glad it happened and it makes me feel so much better about the future.

An insidious problem with American authoritarianism is that even if the law that harmed a vulnerable person is overturned (which is no longer a guarantee) it's a moot point because the person has already been harmed. Which was the point of passing that law in the first place.
