Democrats are upset with Republicans protecting child marriages but I haven't heard of any recent bills to implement a minimum age of marriage in California. Currently, anyone of any age can get married with permission from their parents and a court. Worst of all, they can't get divorced until 18.

Okay but he was working for Al-Qaeda during a war against Al-Qaeda. I don't believe his son was an intended target (or that he should've been caught in the crossfire) but he was effectively an enemy combatant. He wasn't a civilian casualty. It was a drone strike so not very precise.

The Constitution says that in cases of impeachment, "the party convicted shall nevertheless be liable and subject to indictment, trial, judgment and punishment, according to law." It does not except the president. But what impeachable offenses aren't covered by the new doctrine of immunity?

The 14th Amendment says if you were involved in an insurrection you can't be president. SCOTUS said they won't allow anyone to enforce that because of reasons they made up. The Constitution doesn't say the president is immune from criminal law. SCOTUS decided he is because of reasons they made up.

One thing I think people forget is how relentlessly *stupid* every day of the Trump administration was. He doesnβt need to do a big elaborate complicated conspiracy, he can just (e.g.) email a list of every U.S. agent in the field to Putin and say itβs to own the libs, and *that* will have immunity.
