T&S, inherently, is a biased process: it involves someone's definitions of what should and shouldn't be actioned. There is no such thing as neutral, unbiased moderation. Anyone who says otherwise is simply asserting societal prejudices that are declared "objective" because of who holds them.

This is the argument I always thought would win in court. It’s similar to why Gorsuch ruled as he did in Bostock. If they actually think it’s a medical issue, it’s the only one they’ve made illegal to treat medically. I’m very happy for my trans friends both On Here and IRL. What a day.

lemme break it down so the judge had an ex-parte meeting with a witness and the prosecution without informing the defense. this, in layman's terms, is a no-no. the defense found out about this meeting and asked, on the record in open court, (paraphrased) "qu'est-ce que le fuck?"
