I'm gonna be real for once. I don't think I've been adequately taking care of myself for a long time. I've physically and mentally felt like absolute ass for a while and haven't really realized it until now; probably because it's been far more convenient for me to just ignore it in the moment (1/2)

AAA game dev is so fuckinโ€™ cooked, man. You can sell 3 million copies and be nominated for every award in the industry, universal acclaim, and still get shut down because some exec just treats your team like a bargaining chip in a shareholder shell game. Quality and success are meaningless here
