I've been using plasma 5 on my media PC because wayland scaling Just Works, and I've been impressed. I hate to admit it as a KDE hater since plasma 3, but it's probably the best DE for normal people. it Just Works!

fediverse polycule could be bad but it would be for very different reasons than federal agent polycule. also ime most of the fediverse people I know are pretty chill.. I think it's a minority of annoying people. much like here!

if anything it's the opposite - its evidence that aegis the labeler was run in too centralized and too opaque a manner to do what it intended to do 'who watches the watchers' is a debate much older than the Internet for a reason
